Consumers may file a complaint by contacting Loanatik, L.L.C. in the following ways:

Corey Schwartz will handle all consumer complaints at this time, and is reasonably available during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, MST. Mr. Schwartz will respond to all consumer complaints by phone, email, or by letter, depending on what contact method the consumer uses or requests. It is Loanatik, L.L.C.’s policy to respond to consumer complaints within 15 business days.
