Mark Smolenski is an experienced reverse mortgage professional working with the goal of providing a better retirement for seniors. Mark in his career has coordinated some of the most important issues concerning individuals with financial, careers, and real estate for over the past 25 years. Mark has worked with the development of a reverse mortgage program at Founders Bank in 2004 and worked tirelessly to educate on many opportunities facing seniors including the reverse mortgage or HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage).
Mark Smolenski has volunteered his time with organizations including Pathlights a Non-for-profit 501 (C) (3) as first an Ambassador and now serves on the Board of Directors at Pathlights. Member or volunteer NAIPC (National Aging in Place Council), Guardian Angels, and Age Options (iFAST) to protect seniors from personal, and financial abuses. He has over 18 years of community service activities through Rotary International a 501 (C) (3) organization as a Rotarian, District Leader, RCMV Foundation President, and President of his club, on community service projects and fundraisers for local and international needs.
Mark continues to provide educational presentations to attorneys, financial advisors, wealth managers, real estate professionals, CPAs, and community leaders, and asked to speak at groups, for example, South Suburban Bar Association, NRMLA (National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association) panelist, and senior organization on the importance of balance between financial and personal needs.
