Program description
Loanatik, LLC (NMLS #1328447) sends text messages to people who ask for them through forms on loanatik.com. There are two kinds:
- Verification codes. A one-time code used to confirm you own the mobile number you entered. Sent only when you request one.
- Marketing messages. Occasional messages about mortgage products, services, rates, and offers — sent only if you checked the marketing consent box.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a Loanatik form and checking the consent box. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining any service. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Message frequency
Verification codes are sent only in response to your request. Marketing message frequency varies and will not exceed 8 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Loanatik does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by submitting a new form.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most other US carriers; carrier support is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
