Loanatik has been lending private and hard money in Phoenix since before most of the firms now advertising it existed. Here is a sample of what that looks like in practice — real closings, with the numbers as they were written.

Closed transactions funded between 2017 and 2019. Shown as a record of past lending, not an offer of credit or an indication of terms available today. Every file is underwritten on its own merits. Private and hard-money lending is Arizona only.
What these deals have in common
Almost all of them are refinances rather than purchases — an owner or investor with equity and a reason to move quickly, where a bank’s timeline would have cost them the opportunity. Terms ran 12 to 60 months. Loan-to-value sat between 35% and 73%, because on this kind of lending the property has to carry the risk.
None of them were complicated for the sake of it. Someone needed money against Arizona real estate faster than a conventional lender could move, the property supported it, and it closed.
Lending by market
Each market page covers what a deal there actually involves — the county that governs it, the building stock, and the permitting reality — plus the loans we have closed in that city.
